Happy New Year!
My lovely, sweet, patient subscribers - have I mentioned how lovely, sweet, and patient you are? - I’m indescribably grateful to you for sticking with me all this time and waiting so patiently for What Manner of Man, and I’m thrilled to finally have something tangible to offer you in the meantime.

My debut novel: The Sacred Sins of Father Black!
Father Sebastian Black might be a saint, or he might be the devil himself. Poor Agent Quentin Day, sent to investigate a wine forgery ring, finds himself irresistibly falling for the silver-tongued, mysterious priest. It’s a tragedy for him - after all, priests are off-limits, aren’t they? Or is Father Black more than meets the eye?
I’ve labored on this book for so long now, I can hardly believe it’s finally out there in the world! It doesn’t have an official dedication but this book is for every one of you who has expressed so much kind, flattering interest in my work. It means the world to me, thank you.
Just a reminder that What Manner of Man is starting on the 31st, so keep an eye on your inboxes!
Yours with love and gratitude,
St John
